运行POWER shell 闪退，打不开界面，用CMD运行报错，安装新版本依旧无法解决问题
Windows PowerShell 被终止，返回以下错误:
未能加载文件或程序集“System.Management.Automation, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35”或它的某一个依赖项。该模块应包含一个程序集清单。
