Description
Experimental features should have two additional elements:

An indication of quality similar to:
- Alpha
- Beta
- RC

A link to the design and or a place to give feedback. This may be a link to the RFC for the feature

- Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start by locating where PowerShell experimental features are defined and presented, then check related RFCs for the intended quality labels and feedback links. Confirm the expected Alpha, Beta, or RC indication and a design or feedback destination before determining which documentation or feature metadata needs updating.
