Description
Team,
After publishing and installing a module from PS Gallery we get one additional file called PSGetModuleInfo.xml. After calling Test-FileCatalog I get "ValidationFailed" result. This way our customers cannot verify the module content.
Thanks,

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by publishing and installing a module from PowerShell Gallery, then run Test-FileCatalog and inspect how PSGetModuleInfo.xml relates to the module .cat file. Review the existing 22-comment discussion for the expected catalog behavior; done means the installed module validates successfully without invalidating its catalog.
