Description

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

As a user I would like be able to define a schema for an object type parameter so that DSC can validate the input and tools can provide intellisense when authoring parameter blocks in configuration documents.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
$schema: https://aka.ms/dsc/schemas/v3/bundled/config/document.json
parameters:
  testParam:
    type: object
    description: A complex object
    schema: <url or embedded schema>

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating DSC's parameter schema handling, then determine how an object parameter can accept an embedded or URL schema; done means configuration validation and authoring tools support that schema.
