Research direction

Start at the v3.0.0 release page and inspect the published artifact list, using the expected DSC-3.0.0-Win.msixbundle name and hash as the reference. Trace how the release artifacts are produced and verify that a subsequent release includes the MSIX bundle alongside its checksum.
