Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Having DSC call list on all adapters to find a particular resource can be an expensive operation. If I know that all of the resources that my adapter will handle are "HelloWorldAdapter/*", allow my adapter to declare that in its manifest to short circuit calling list on all other adapters.
