Description
Summary of the new feature / enhancement
In BICEP users can loop through a collection or object (dictionary). The loop condition would also be very useful.

Research direction
Start with the issue description and the linked BICEP loop documentation to understand the requested collection/object loops and conditional loops. The payload names no source files, entry points, or tests, so first locate the copy function implementation and its test coverage. Done means the function supports the requested loop forms with defined behavior and regression tests.
