Description

Add detection rules for dd if=... of=/dev/<disk>, mkfs.<fs> on mounted disks, shred -fu, and bash's > file redirect-truncation when used maliciously

these cause the same class of damage as rm -rf but through different mechanisms. not urgent for v1 but we should close the gap eventually
