Description
prompt_injection_instruction_override rule catches override attacks but a related pattern is priming style attacks where the attacker injects new instructions without explicitly overriding old ones
New instructions: <attack>Updated instructions: <attack>System update: <attack>
this needs to be its own rule because it doesn't fix the override regex shape
