Need a per-user-based PostHog code AI billing and display dashboard
Describe the solution you'd like
- Currently, there is no way for the admin to restrict, per user, the amount of PostHog code AI he is using : better to also support per use based billing
- allow to display usuage per user
- allow adding limits per user
