Description
task drafts for when i have an idea for a feature or task, but don't want to spend the tokens or get it done quite yet
i clicked on a task that PHC prepped for me already but then realized i wanted to save it for later, and my workaround for now is to put the generated plan in a notepad file externally but would be cool to be able to save them in PHC for later in dfrats. (and maybe when i do want to get around to it, i can ask PHC to refresh it with the latest state of my code)

Research direction
Start by locating the PHC task prompt flow and how prepared tasks are currently represented. Clarify the save, later retrieval, and optional refresh behavior before implementation; done should mean a prepared task can be saved in PHC and reopened for later work.
