Description
Using Codex/GPT-5.4 in a cloud run, I'm unable to see the approval choices due to the size of the command. At the bottom of the image you can see about a half of a line, but this is a coincidence of the length of the command.
Right now I'm working around this by selecting a different task before navigating back and pressing enter. As an aside, an automatic or unrestricted mode here would be even more helpful, since my only options currently are "Read Only" and "Default".

Research direction
Reproduce the permissions prompt during a Codex/GPT-5.4 cloud run using a command long enough to hide the approval choices. Start at the permissions prompt entry point; done means the prompt lets users scroll to and select all available approval choices without the current workaround.
