Feature request
Is your feature request related to a problem?
- Currently, there is no way to delete a conversation / support ticket.
- This makes it difficult to remove messages that are not needed in conversations, such as spam.
Describe the solution you'd like
- It would be great to add a delete button in both the ticket overview page and within the ticket itself.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- At the moment, you can only Resolve the existing tickets.
