Is your feature request related to a problem?
When creating a survey of type "API Survey" and creating a Rating Question with Emoji and 1-2 rating, the upper/lower Bound labels get send, but can't be edited in the UI.

Allow editing the upper/lower bound labels on Emoji rating 1-2
