Description
Feature request
Problem this feature would solve:
Users want to collect feedback using familiar star rating patterns (like 1-5 stars) instead of the current emoji or number display options for rating questions.
Proposed solution:
Add a third display option for rating survey questions: 'star' alongside the existing 'emoji' and 'number' options1.
Additional context:
Star ratings are widely recognized and commonly used in app stores, review sites, and customer feedback forms, making them intuitive for users.

Research direction
Start with the posthog-js RatingSurveyQuestion reference linked in the issue and trace the existing emoji and number display options into the survey UI. Add the star option alongside them, then verify that rating questions can render a 1–5 star choice without changing the existing options.
