Description

Support SSH tunnels for Postgres batch exports destination.

Would it be possible to have ssh tunnel config for the postgres destination ?
We already have this config option for the source data, so I was a bit sad when I saw that option was not available for the destination too.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing SSH tunnel configuration for source data and the Postgres batch exports destination; done means destination connections support equivalent SSH tunnel configuration, with coverage for the new path.
