Export or see list of all video comments OR be able to group videos by tags (and tag within a video)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Sort of. We want to group all the videos into buckets so we can see the demand for a bug fix or a feature enhancement. We've been using comments in video to note things of interest but you have to click into each video to see all the different comments so there's no good way to see comments in aggregate.

Describe the solution you'd like

a better solution would be if we could just tag a video with various tags as we see needs and then later run a report to see how many videos were bucketed into that tag and could watch each video from the time in the video of when it was tagged.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, it would be nice to export all the comments into a spreadsheet.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. First clarify whether the goal is comment export, video tagging and reporting, or both; then define the supported workflow and completion criteria before locating the relevant video and comment components.
