Feature Request: Clicking on a comment in the discussion about a notebook should take you to the section of the notebook that the comment came from

When looking at an insight in a notebook, you can see if there was a comment added, and you can click to be taken to the comment:

A customer would like for the inverse to also happen where clicking on the comment takes you to the insight.

Start by reproducing the notebook flow described in the issue: open an insight with a comment, then inspect the discussion and the corresponding notebook section. Trace how clicking an insight currently navigates to its comment. Done means clicking the comment takes the user back to the insight or notebook section it came from.
