Make Tool page 'how do I use it' sections better

Description
Two ways to improve the Tools pages:
- The 'how do I use it' sections are a bit clunky - they are part use case, part features. They should only be the former.
- We should show people how they can ramp to self driving, from clicking doing stuff themselves through to full self driving. @cleo-pleurodon started this work here.
Across the tool pages, starting with the one's in Cleo's PR, we should replace the 'how do I use it' this framing copied from the above PR, which is way nicer and then we can be consistent across all tools pages
- Do it yourself. What you do in PostHog Web today
- Ask an agent. The same job, handed to PostHog AI, Slack, MCP, or the CLI
- Ship with PostHog. Signal sources, scouts, and cross-context use of tools.
