Description

Description

See https://posthog.com/docs/cdp/geoip-enrichment#how-do-i-skip-events-without-applying-geoip-enrichment

The same applies to Mobile if you don't want the server to infer the user's IP addresses.

If disableGeoip is enabled, set$geoip_disable: true to the props.

Another option is to disable via project config https://us.posthog.com/project/$projectId/settings/project#datacapture

Or

Research direction

Start by tracing how the Flutter SDK stores configuration and assembles event properties; the issue names no files or tests. Verify the existing config path and related iOS, Android, and React Native issues, then confirm that enabling disableGeoip results in the requested $geoip_disable property and add coverage for the behavior.
