Research direction

The issue names no Flutter file or test; start by comparing the linked PostHogConfig.swift reference and locating the Flutter SDK entry point for event and snapshot synchronization. Clarify the public pause/resume API and its behavior while online, then verify that synchronization stops and resumes as intended.
