Description
What we mean by this is that we create 'global' documents for the node/edge which include all history/updates - but if we are querying the graph within a set view (reduced layers/window/etc) that when returned to the user/agent the document is recreated within those bounds.
This is a middle ground until it is significantly cheaper/faster to store 'all versions' of a node/edge as individual documents.
