Description
Create a view that extracts edge durations from an edge property
- More flexible than and easier to implement than having a special duration field
- Allows for multiple edges between the same vertices to overlap (not possible by using deletions)
- Ideally enable support for storing time intervals as property to make this nicer to use

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing edge-property and view APIs, then determine how temporal intervals are represented. Done means a view can extract edge durations from properties and support overlapping edges, with interval properties addressed if feasible.
