Description
Whenever the user cancels the Finder dialogue, the windows turns blank and remains behind. It only closes when the program stops running. This hasn't happened to me in Monterey, so again it could be a Ventura thing.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the cancellation flow in a macOS Ventura Finder dialog and trace what remains after Cancel is clicked. Done means canceling the dialog closes the associated window immediately instead of leaving a blank window until the program exits.
