Description
Here are the 2011 Louisiana SSP payment values: https://www.ssa.gov/policy/docs/progdesc/ssi_st_asst/2011/la.html
These values appear to have remained in effect for 2017, 2018, and 2019.
To confirm this, this Louisiana Department of Health memo from July 3, 2025, states that the Optional State Supplement amount “will increase from $8 to $15” effective July 1, 2025: https://ldh.la.gov/assets/medicaid/Memos/PCNA_OSS_Increasing_07032025.pdf
For further confirmation, this 2024 report says the state supplement is "up to $8.00 per month" https://ldh.la.gov/assets/medicaid/AnnualReports/MedicaidAnnualReport2024.pdf#page=116
Therefore, the 2011 Louisiana SSP values should be used for 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Research direction
Start by locating the Louisiana SSP implementation and its tests, then compare the 2011 values with the 2017, 2018, and 2019 cases using the linked SSA and Louisiana Department of Health sources. Done means those three years use the confirmed values and the relevant test suite passes.
