Vermont SSP 2017, 2018, 2019

The Vermont 2017-2019 state supplementation amounts are the same as the 2011 values. In 2024, they updated the payment values, and in the report, they showed the old payment values in 2023, which match the 2011 values, showing that no change took place from 2011 to 2023.
