For example, the DC Fiscal Policy Institute [proposed a CTC](https://www.dcfpi.org/all/a-child-tax-credit-would-reduce-child-poverty-strengthen-basic-income-and-advance-racial-justice-in-dc/) with this provision:
>Phaseout of the credit begins at 200 percent of FPL and ends at 300 percent FPL
