Per a conversation I had with someone testing PolicyEngine, we do not have any modeling completed for dual eligible beneficiaries or the D-SNP program. This program seems immensely complicated, and has the added trouble of healthcare facilities refusing to accept it in some cases if they don't understand how to do so.
This person told me that, in addition to expanded healthcare coverage compared to standard Medicaid or Medicare, that it also supplies both utility and food/other benefits through these programs:

https://www.medicare.gov/medicare-savings-programs
It was also mentioned that the program can be conditioned on a parent's SS credit and whether they are still alive (benefit amount ends up being 75% while parent is alive, 100% after they pass). Although we don't model accrued benefits, perhaps we could include a field and flag to allow people to define their parent's benefit amount and whether they are still alive.
Any knowledge/comments/context would be appreciated. There may be a few intersecting programs at play here.
