That is, adjust the weights.

ONS projects both households and population. Population seems better, e.g. for UBI, but there may be reasons to prefer household targeting.

NB: Other uprating factors like earnings are averages or medians, so they will not be affected. I didn't see reference to population projections in the UKMOD country report.
