Description
The FRS contains only the region of a household - from that, we could randomly sample postcodes. This would enable:
- Allocation of BRMA (housing benefits)
- Allocation of Local Authorities (council tax/council tax benefit)
This would also enable the household impact page of PolicyEngine to include Council Tax/CTB.
