Description
See http://taxsim.nber.org/out2psl/1191
I see there was a $250/child rebate in CT based on 2021 eligibility and paid in 2022. It has a phaseout threshold of 100K/200K/169K but I can't find the phaseout rate anywhere now, only the other parameters. Based on the attached example, the phaseout much be .08324. Is that right for everyone? I had thought the phaseout rate was .1, but can't find any evidence for that now.
375/4504=.08324

Start with the linked TAXSIM output and the existing Connecticut 2021 child tax rebate parameters. Compare the phaseout behavior with the attached example and determine whether the rate is uniform or incorrect; done means the rate is confirmed and the issue has a clear resolution.
