Description
See http://taxsim.nber.org/out2psl/1117
Difference in taxable income may be due to PE allowing pension exclusion. TA doesn't allow the exclusion for a young person. Maybe we should assume young people with pension income are disabled, although with pwages of 47,142 that may be implausible.

Research direction
Start with the TAXSIM output at http://taxsim.nber.org/out2psl/1117 and compare its result with the PolicyEngine result for this Maine 2021 case. Investigate whether the taxable-income difference comes from pension exclusion or the treatment of a young person with pension income; done means the cause is established and the issue's expected behavior is clear.
