Description
Same contract as #2. UK model claims coverage — publish what we can and label gaps. UK microdata is private (HF token) but published comparisons are aggregates.
- DWP income-related benefits: estimates of take-up (the canonical UK take-up publication)
- HBAI poverty rates (region × group)
- HMRC personal tax statistics
- OBR welfare trends / EFO baselines
- UKMOD published statistics
- IFS / Resolution Foundation headline analyses (research-institute tier: compare, never seed)

Research direction
Start by reading the contract in issue #2 and use this issue's checklist as the UK coverage scope. Review the listed DWP, HBAI, HMRC, OBR, UKMOD, IFS, and Resolution Foundation sources; done means each item is published where available, gaps are explicitly labelled, and research-institute analyses are comparison-only.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
