Description

Claimable checklist; one adapter lane each (source × area), independent — parallelize. Adapter contract: emit the interchange schema (docs/SCHEMA_NOTES.md), fail loudly on unparsed columns, independent-recompute QC before publishing (see RECONCILIATION.md). Facts come from the Ledger comparator catalog (#6) once landed; until then, adapters may ingest directly with provenance recorded for backfill.

  • Urban SotSN (built — instance #1)
  • FNS official SNAP state participation rates
  • SNAP QC caseload composition (also future subgroup take-up targets)
  • ASPE Welfare Indicators (TANF/SSI rates — our TANF seed's source)
  • IRS/NTA EITC participation by children
  • Census SPM state poverty reports
  • KFF Medicaid enrollment/eligibility
  • HUD Picture of Subsidized Households
  • TRIM3 published tables

Research direction

Choose one unchecked source lane and first read docs/SCHEMA_NOTES.md and RECONCILIATION.md, then check issue #6 for the Ledger comparator catalog status. Done means the adapter emits the interchange schema, fails loudly on unparsed columns, performs independent-recompute QC before publishing, and records provenance for any direct ingestion.
