Notable value changes: SNAP work requirements / rounding / student rules, Medicaid community-engagement pass-through, childless EITC age test, mortgage interest fallback, alimony in AGI for pre-2019 divorces, CO CTC 2022–2023. New optional input: is_snap_work_registration_noncompliant. New state childcare programs: OH, OK, SD.
