Description

Weekly country-package update. Bump policyengine_us from 1.779.3 to 1.784.2 (released 2026-07-28) and release via the standard weekly Modal shape (new worker to frontier, promote existing frontier to current, retire previous current).

Release notes: value-change release, no removed/renamed inputs or outputs. Notable value changes: SNAP work requirements / rounding / student rules, Medicaid community-engagement pass-through, childless EITC age test, mortgage interest fallback, alimony in AGI for pre-2019 divorces, CO CTC 2022–2023. New optional input: is_snap_work_registration_noncompliant. New state childcare programs: OH, OK, SD.

Successor to #1178 for this week.
