Description
We need to migrate the "Watch Our AI Demo" component on https://policyengine.org/us/ai page to App v2 (React + TS). Instead of making this specific to video only, we should create a generic, reusable Embed component that can handle videos, images, or other external embed content while following the design system and styling conventions in App v2.
