Bug
The "Varying your earnings" household output doesn't display all variables that should plausibly be selectable — for example, tip income and the SALT cap value are not offered in the variable-selection menu, even for households where they should apply.
Impact
Users can't chart how these outputs change with earnings for affected households, even though the underlying variables exist and are relevant. Unclear whether this is driven by variable metadata (e.g., missing an "is chartable against earnings" flag), a specific household/reform combination, or something else.
Scope
Needs investigation into why certain variables are excluded from the earnings-variation variable list — this is a functional/metadata gap in which variables get offered, not a rendering issue.
