Research direction

Reproduce the Canada household case at the linked PolicyEngine URL, focusing on householdOutput.mtr for household 1226, and compare it with the working single-household and net-income charts. Read the API path that produces this output and the related PolicyEngine/policyengine-canada#131 issue. Done means the married-household MTR chart is no longer flat and existing working cases remain correct.
