Description
All Pokémon from Scarlet/Violet are missing names in Spanish (es) and Italian (it). All Pokémon from Kitakami (SV DLC) lack names in all languages other than English (en). This information is present on Bulbapedia, but I'm unable to determine if there's a better way to update this information in pokeapi than manually editing CSVs.

Research direction
Review the project's CSV data update process and identify where Pokémon names are stored for each language. Compare the Scarlet/Violet and Kitakami entries with the names on Bulbapedia, then update the relevant CSV data so Spanish and Italian SV names and all localized Kitakami names are present.
