Description
Describe the bug
Dear, I found something.
When I set the language "English" as a primary on MacOS,
I can play a video with Netflix well.

However, if I set the language as "한국어 (Korean)" as a primary on MacOS,
I get an error "(Playb:10008;CHD:1005;)"

I believe there is an issue with Korean character handling on PlayCover - Netflix.
Steps to reproduce
- Set primary language as "Korean" on Mac OS
- Launch Netflix
- Select Profile
- Play any video
Expected behaviour
Video should be played on "Korean" MacOS language

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Netflix playback failure with Korean set as the primary macOS language on PlayCover 2.0.3 and compare it with the English-language case. Trace the Netflix playback path and Korean character or language handling; done means Netflix videos play successfully under the Korean setting without the Playb:10008;CHD:1005; error.
