Description

Nature of improvement

@sapols recently created a quite useful documentation hub for the Python in Heliophysics Community (PyHC). It would be helpful to add this to the documentation somewhere.

Location of improvement

I'm not sure where this would best be put, but the Nox docs have a section on other useful projects. I'm wondering if we might add something like this at the bottom of the documentation landing page. 🤔

+= and/or it could go to the affiliated projects page on the PlasmaPy project website.

Additional context

If we create an "Other useful projects" section, it would be worth considering other projects to add here, in particular from fusion energy sciences.
