Description
Absolute Newbie
**Description**
Up until October I was able to use a workflow that would trigger by the appearance of a new paid and awaiting processing transaction from ECWID. I was also able to test the workflow by calling up past transactions.
At around October or November (we are a seasonal operation and November is basically off season) this ceased to function. It may have to do with the new way of storing and accessing workflows on pipedream. The trigger is unconfigurable. When testing the transaction finder just hangs instead of finding a list of old transactions. ECWID support says pipedream code is not using webhooks but operating through ECWID API which has not changed.
**To recreate the behaviour**
you should generate an ECWID workflow and transaction that is paid and awaiting processing after having configured the trigger. When you click on select event this error appears:
“Action Required
In ecwid, generate test events and then search for new events. Test events provide data for autocomplete and testing to help you build your workflow. [Less]”
The following link comes from pipedream (https://pipedream.com/auth/google?state=D791UJsHsJY6&code=4%2F0AfJohXnDeMyZOza0F_Gol9KHMvBePWmEHwABuJ2obWI_c9E2GNySyBcqkpu7iz4mDwRlZw&scope=email+profile+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.email+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.profile+openid&authuser=2&prompt=none#)
at this point the box under “Select a different event” shows a time and the cursor spins.
**Expected Behaviour**
I have always seen so I expect to see the last transaction number to appear. That will allow the workflow test or real to proceed as and how it may be requested
**Issue occurs on all devices and browsers**
