[BUG] Pipedream Component API and Get Component Action response empty result when seaching for private published components

**Describe the bug**
I added a new Pipedream - Get Component Action and set `Pipedream Registry` prop to false, then searched for the `webflow-update-collection-item` key, but the action response empty result

In my published component, I can find my published `webflow-update-collection-item`

Trying [the Component API directly](https://pipedream.com/docs/api/rest/#get-a-component), I also see empty response

**Expected behavior**
- When I have a published component with the key `webflow-update-collection-item`, fetching my component should returns data for my published component
