[FEATURE] Adding support to other parameters on Telegram edit-text-message

I'm trying to run an edit on a message inside my telegram channel but it not support all parameters from Telegram api.

Implement the parse mode option like described into official api documentation https://core.telegram.org/bots/api#editmessagetext and even in the pipedream forum https://pipedream.com/community/t/telegram-parse-mode-in-action-text-message-edit/7741
