[BUG] page scroll should follow cursor

**Describe the bug**
when my step code window is larger than my browser window and when I move the cursor up and down the scroll should follow the cursor so that the cursor is never lost from sight.
This behaviour is working horizontally when moving the cursor on a long code line so I would expect it to work vertically too.

Maybe more like a feature request...
