**Describe the solution you'd like**
These are pertaining to the UX/UI of the website, not underlying technology.

1. Pls save my decision to close banners on my account, so I don't see it every time I log in from new devices. (Specifically the "Workspaces are shared accounts to collaborate with..." message, but i'm sure this applies elsewhere)
2. If not that, at least save it in a cookie locally so I don't see it every time I browse away/back.
3. Collapse the "settings" toolbar options into the "my account" toolbar option. It reduces the amount of options in the toolbar which is simpler/more discoverable and is more intuitive imo. When trying to find my billing usage, my immediate thought was to go to my account.
4. Make "My account" not a hidden option in a sub-menu so it's more obvious.
