[BUG] Event delete/reply button in inspector not clickable when scrollbar present

**Description**
The event delete/reply button in the inspector section of a workflow is not clickable when a scrollbar is on top of it.

**To Reproduce**
While using Firefox version 103.0.1
1. Create a test workflow that generates enough events to see a scrollbar in the "Inspector" tab
2. Hover over an event and click on three dots that appear on the right side of the event
3. Notice scrollbar popping up instead of the delete/reply options. Resizing panel doesn't help.

**Expected behavior**
I would expect to be able to click the delete/replay option button to access those options.
Barring that, I would expect to see the delete and replay options to populate on the right side somewhere after clicking into the event.

**Additional context**
Doesn't happen on Chrome 104.0.5112.79 or Safari 15.3.
