Yes. We need a supported LACRM connector so Jenius can securely read and update customer CRM data.

A custom integration may be possible using Pipedream’s HTTP tools, but it would require bespoke development for each customer and is not a scalable workaround.

This is a data connection only. We are not requesting an embedded application within LACRM.

This would allow Jenius to understand the current customer and sales context, provide relevant coaching and guidance, and write agreed outcomes such as notes, tasks, and status updates back to LACRM.
