[APP] Peer Cash

**Name of app / service:** Peer Cash (@zkp2p/cash), the SDK for the Peer peer-to-peer marketplace protocol on Base. It prepares unsigned transactions that cash out Base USDC to consumer payment apps (Venmo, Revolut, Monzo, Zelle and more) through peer-to-peer liquidity, with payout discovery, quote estimation and order tracking.
