can't connect salesforce to app

### Details:
When i try to login into salesforce from my app 1 of 2 things happen. Keep in mind I've already installed my ERC to my sales force account and enabled any user to login. When I go to sign into salesforce through my app using pipedream, when I click on production option, I can successfully login with my salesforce account (the one i used to install the ERC, but then it gives me this error OAUTH_EC_APP_NOT_FOUND. Then when I go to try sandbox mode, it keeps saying my login credentials are wrong, even though I'm using the same login credentials as as I did for the production login. I don't think sandbox mode has a separate login because when I tried creating a separate developer account when I already had the salesforce account created, it prompted me to login in with my already existing salesforce account. Am I doing something wrong here?
